Description: Lagerstroemia 'Purley Purple™' from Black Diamond® Series has stunning black foliage, which becomes smothered in clusters of frizzy purple flowers from late July to September. It is apparently hardier than the other varieties, tolerating -15 C, and its habit is erect.
